Response and correction process
We normally review messages within five business days. Educational corrections may take longer because character history, pronunciation, and source claims are checked before publication. If your message concerns a factual error, please include the relevant character, the exact sentence, and a reliable dictionary or academic source when available.
Technical reports are most useful when they include the device, browser, page URL, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Privacy and learning-data deletion requests receive priority.
