Refund Policy

We want the Founding Beta Pack to be useful, not a regretted purchase.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Send the request to cnning336@gmail.com from the email connected to your HanziStory Google account and include the PayPal transaction or order identifier.

Duplicate or unauthorized payments

Contact us as soon as possible if you see a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized. We may ask for enough transaction information to locate the order, but we will never ask for your PayPal password or full card number.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Bank and PayPal processing times can vary. Refunded paid access may be removed from the connected HanziStory account.

Technical access problems

If payment completed but the paid tools did not unlock, contact us before purchasing again. We can repair the entitlement or issue a refund when access cannot be restored.

Local consumer rights

This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
